Why is Samantha's Place an Off Premise Swing Club?

The Supreme Court Ruling in Canada regarding "On-Premise" Swing Clubs

December 27th 2005:

We have had several emails from some of you in the last few days regarding the new ruling from the Supreme Court about Sex Clubs becoming legal. Also, we have had 4 different newspapers and TV stations contact us for "comments" and to see if we will go on record with a statement or grant an interview.

So, here it is...Samantha's Place does not give interviews, or make comments to the press, we value our privacy and that of our members. We are, and will continue to be, an Off-premise site, where open minded couples can come to meet other open minded couples, have a drink and make new friends. If they wish to take the relationship further, they are encouraged to exchange information and meet later, or go "rent a room". Nothing will change at Samantha's Place as a result of the ruling, we strive to maintain a comfortable, low pressure atmosphere for newbie's and long term Lifestyle members to meet, flirt and have fun.

The court case announcement on December 22nd and subsequent publicity in the papers and other media generated so much interest in our club that the website had 121,000 hits on the day of the decisions and we exceeded our monthly bandwidth. So, until Jan. 1st the website was unavailable.

We both agree with your decision and commend you for taking a stance as such. Although we have enjoyed visits to "on-premise" in the States....we enjoy Sam's as it is. Someplace to meet, have fun on a low pressure basis, and if so desired take our hot N horniness somewhere else.
