- Follow the instructions on the "How can we become a franchisee" page.

- We register your interest complete with specific background information and email you a confidentiality agreement to fill out and fax back.

- An in depth telephone interview is held with us.

- Mail out of a Samantha's Place franchise application form and Letter Of Intent.

- Once this is returned with the refundable deposit, an in depth information package and franchise agreement is forwarded to you.

- Completed agreement form and fees are received by Samantha's Place. 

Special notes:

-Some of the above steps may and do happen concurrently.

- All proposed sites would have to be inspected in person or by digital means and approved by the company.

- Applicants are advised to inspect current locations and speak to these franchisees before committing themselves to a franchise.

- The applicant must be of good character and must be able to successfully operate their business.

- Franchisees are expected to be actively engaged in the day to day operation of their swing club franchise. Absentee ownership is neither encouraged nor permitted.
